This course offers a practical, evidence-based understanding of Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and Intellectual Disability (ID). The course consists of three units, concerning the understanding of the diagnosis,  the problems in GDD and ID, and early intervention in GDD and ID. By the end of the course, participants will have acquired knowledge of the following:

• Understanding of Global Developmental Delay and Intellectual Disability
• Understanding assessment in Global Developmental Delay and Intellectual Disability
• Understanding genetic testing in Global Developmental Delay and Intellectual Disability
• Early intervention in Global Developmental Delay and Intellectual Disability
